23 years with Insight Technology and its successors L3 and L3Harris, including 3 years as L3Harris Fellow
Technical Leader on key product developments in thermal weapon sights, panoramic and fused night vision goggles, and laser rangefinders
Named Inventor/Co-Inventor on 8 patents related to image non-uniformity correction, fused night vision devices, and compact wide field of view optics
Inducted into the Association of U.S. Night Vision Manufacturers (ANVM) Hall of Fame in 2026
